Registration Consent

I certify that all the information I have provided to The Elite Nanny Company, both electronically and in-person to support my application for registration, is accurate and true.

I grant The Elite Nanny Company and its associates and affiliates my permission to use this information at their discretion to support me in finding employment.

In addition, I confirm that The Elite Nanny Company has my permission to:

  • Take/use my photograph to support my application for employment, including forwarding it to clients if required.
  • Keep my personal information on file, until I inform them that I no longer require their services and make a written request for the information to be removed from their file. In this situation, all my data will be deleted, and I understand that should I wish to re-register, a new application will be completed, and new consent form will be required.
  • Verify my personal data, including my identification, my certifications and my references.

I agree to abide by the registration conditions of The Elite Nanny Company:

  • I agree that all information provided to me regarding vacancies, clients and locations will be treated as entirely confidential.
  • I agree that I will not pass on any client information to any third party.
  • I agree to inform The Elite Nanny Company as soon as I am offered a position by a client introduced by them either immediately or anytime in the future.
  • I agree that I will not extend a temporary placement, or return to a position, either permanently or for an extended temporary period without first informing The Elite Nanny Company.
  • Should a client contact me directly at any time in the future to request my services, I will inform the agency immediately – even if the client requests a private arrangement.

I understand that the clients I am introduced to via The Elite Nanny Company have also agreed to their terms and conditions and have an obligation to inform the agency of any extension or re-booking of a candidate and failure to do so will result in the client being liable for an additional charge on top of the regular placement fee.
